|Course title||Leading Research Programme. Module 9 - Introduction to Contracts and IP (Optional)|
The Leading Research Programme is aimed at researchers who have applied for their first research grant and may now have a project to manage.
The Programme draws on the expertise of a wide range of internal and external facilitators and speakers, who have experience and understanding of the research environment and the challenges and pressures facing researchers managing research projects.
The programme will run from December 2015 to April 2016.
Individuals on the programme should attend all the CORE modules and complete a significant proportion of the relevant optional modules, as appropriate . The Programme is also offered as a module in the Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice, assessed via recorded attendance on the Programme modules and a written submission of 5,000 words on how they have applied the learning to their role .
If a participant fails to attend a core module without good reason, of prior agreement, then the Head of Department will be notified and the Steering Group reserves the right to make a charge.
If you need to be absent from a module, please notify us at least 4 days before the module date.
