PE103: Assertiveness - 11 June 2013 13:30
There can be confusion about what being assertive really means (sometimes mild aggression is mistaken for assertive behaviour). This course will ensure you have absolute clarity about what assertive behaviour is and how it can be achieved.

This is a half day Seminar. There will be a small amount of pre-course work to complete prior to the session.
Thank you for your booking. To ensure that training courses are accessible to all and that members of staff have an opportunity to book on the events which are relevant to them in a timely manner, if you wish to withdraw your place on a workshop, you must do so no less than 4 days before the workshop date. If you fail to attend a workshop without good reason, then the Training team reserve the right to charge £50 per half day and £100 for a full day. If you fail to attend workshops on more than three occasions within a 12 month period, you will be prevented from booking on any other training courses without prior authorisation from the Training Team.
To enable as many members of staff as possible to access the open course training programme we have limited the number of courses that you can attend within one calendar year to 8 courses. The system will prevent you from booking onto more courses but please contact the HR training team to discuss any additional course requirements that you may have.
