PE384: Leading a Thriving Team - 5 March 2019 09:30

Course information
Course codePE384
Course titleLeading a Thriving Team
Description

The world in which we live and work is changing – quickly, in fact, more quickly than ever before. People at all levels of the organization are being asked to do more with less, use increasingly diverse communication media, work with, and serve, more diverse groups and to work in more flexible and adaptable ways. The ways in which organizations are structured is more fluid and leadership is now required to be more collaborative. Leading your team to be their best in this environment calls for new approaches and ways of thinking.

This workshop explores the culture of your team and approaches to developing a culture in which your team can thrive – meeting delivery targets, adapting to new approaches, learning new skills and maintaining well-being.
