This is a ‘hands-on’, practical session which will help staff to use the “Realising your Potential” approach within the Annual Development Review process.
This is for support staff within professional support services, faculty departments and colleges. At the end of the session delegates will understand how to use the framework and the benefits to be derived for individuals and managers when applying the approach to ADR as well as using the linked resources.

Thank you for your booking. To ensure that training courses are accessible to all and that members of staff have an opportunity to book on the events which are relevant to them in a timely manner, if you wish to withdraw your place on a workshop, you must do so no less than 4 days before the workshop date. If you fail to attend a workshop without good reason, then the Training team reserve the right to charge £50 per half day and £100 for a full day. If you fail to attend workshops on more than three occasions within a 12 month period, you will be prevented from booking on any other training courses without prior authorisation from the Training Team.
To enable as many members of staff as possible to access the open course training programme we have limited the number of courses that you can attend within one calendar year to 8 courses. The system will prevent you from booking onto more courses but please contact the HR training team to discuss any additional course requirements that you may have.
