This is a hands on, practical session which will guide staff in using the “Realising your Potential” approach during the recruitment process such as;

  • writing job descriptions & considering appropriate behaviours
  • creating and applying induction plans

It is aimed at support staff within professional support services, faculty departments and colleges. At the end of the session delegates will understand how to use the framework and the benefits to be derived for them and their staff when applying the approach and using the linked resources.
