Provision of Education Services

The University will use reasonable endeavours to deliver programmes/courses and other services in accordance with the descriptions provided.

The University, however, reserves the right to make variations to programme contents, entry requirements and methods of delivery, to discontinue or merge or combine programmes, and to make variations to regulations, both before and after a student’s admission to the University, if such action is reasonably considered necessary by the University.

Our Student Protection Plan explains the action (including student notification and consultation) which we will take in the event of substantial course change or closure.

The University shall not be liable to any person for any failure or delay in performing its obligations in the event that the University is unable to deliver programmes of study, research opportunities and other services or facilities described due to any cause beyond its reasonable control which will include, but not be limited to, any governmental action, strike action, civil and/or international commotion, fire, flood, war, labour disputes or act of God.
