Teaching Activities

Any room requests for teaching activities linked to a module should be directed to Timetabling through your departmental Timetable Coordinator in the first instance. The name of your Timetable Coordinator can be viewed using this link: Timetable Coordinators by Department.

Non-Teaching Activities (in Term time)

  • Durham

To make a one-off booking of a centrally bookable classroom during term time for non-teaching activities at Durham, please complete the form at /student.registry/staffroombooking/. This excludes computer classrooms which should be booked via the CIS room booking system.

  • Queen’s Campus

Rooms for non-teaching activities at Queen's Campus may be booked by completing the form at www.dur.ac.uk/queens-campus/roombooking

Non-Teaching Activities (out of Term time)

Catered activities and College rooms (All year)
