Student Registry deliver a variety of predominantly student focused services.
- Our Student Records Team monitor and maintain student data held centrally, co-ordinating and supporting the student registration and enrolment process.
- Our Examinations and Assessment Team manage the University examination periods, prepare the examination timetable, organise invigilation, process exam concessions and produce progression outcomes.
- Our Student Services Team produce and dispatch degree Parchments and Transcripts following congregation. They are also responsible for; processing orders received via the online document store, council tax exemption certificates, verifying student status/qualifications and adhoc room bookings.
We also have a Student Services Assistant who is based on the ground floor of the Palatine Centre. Our Assistant provides a high standard of customer care to students on behalf of the department and the University as a whole. Should you have any enquiries about the services we provide, the Student Services desk is open Monday to Friday, between 9:00 - 16:00 in term and between 10:00 - 12:00 and 13.00 - 16:00 out of term.
