77% of students say they wished they'd had a better financial education before starting their studies, according to the Save the Student 2019 Student Money Survey.

Students who budget are less stressed, have better mental health and get better grades.

79% of students worry about making ends meet.

57% of students say that their mental health has suffered because of worrying about making ends meet.

35% of students say that their grades have suffered because of worrying about making ends meet.

Notice that not having enough money isn't the problem, worrying about not having enough money is the problem.

We're not saying that being strapped for cash isn't a problem, but if you know that your income isn't enough to cover your essential expenditure you can do something about it, whether that be accessing income from another source or seeking help from us.
