St Aidan's Alumni Reunions
The association hosts a Reunion in College annually in September, usually over a weekend. Reunions are an ideal opportunity to meet with old friends, nostalgically sample College cuisine and see how much both Durham and the College have changed over the years. These events are open to all alumni, but each year's Reunion is usually targeted towards a particular year group so that attendees can be sure of linking up with friends and contemporaries.
2012 Reunion Weekend: Friday 21st – Sunday 23rd September 2012
"If anyone out there is wondering whether to attend such an event in future, don't hesitate any longer: we can heartily recommend it!" Alumna Kathleen Heald on the 2011 St Aidan's Reunion Weekend
We invite matriculates of 1945-1962 to join us for the 2011 St Aidan’s Reunion Weekend. Events will be held from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd September, but you are most welcome to arrive earlier and/or stay longer, if you prefer. The Reunion, which includes a full programme of events, is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate amongst your old University friends and find out what happened to those you have lost touch with!
Please note we can arrange transport up and down the hill for the off-site events.
If you have any questions, please get in touch with the Reunions Coordinator, Jan Collinge, via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Aware that King’s has no home in Durham itself despite having being part of Durham University, we are again inviting King’s alumni to join all or part(s) of our reunion. You will be assured of a very warm welcome and will find many of your contemporaries who studied in Durham while you were undergraduates. If you would like to communicate with one of your fellow King’s alumni you can email the St. Aidan’s reunion coordinator at email@example.com and we can put you in touch with other King’s alumni who have booked to attend the reunion. Keith Baxby (Medicine, matriculated 1962) has volunteered to act as a contact point for any medics withing to attend.
