The Union des Combattants and October 22 release a joint declaration. They make an uncompromising assessment of the Territorials and of Gilles Simeoni’s hegemonic position. In a nocturnal apparition, they also target the state

The image is unpublished. It shows about sixty illegals heavily armed and gathered in the night, from theUnion of Fighters and you 22-October, two movements which have long followed parallel paths.

We owe it to a promise made by these same groups in a terse press release, made public on June 2 at the heart of the then electoral campaign: that of delivering at the end of the Territorials an analysis of the poll which, since, has given the victory of the Femu list led by Gilles Simeoni, this time without the support of the other nationalist forces.

The joint declaration, read from behind a platform that recalls the press conferences of a not so distant past, was made this time without witnesses.

A text of five leaves signed by the currencies of the two movements, “Reason is our strength” for October 22 and “People need to march” characteristic of the Union of Fighters, as well as a video with a masked voice, reached the editorial staff of Corse-Matin.

They deliver an uncompromising analysis of the June election, marked by the end of the Pè a Corsica alliance, which twice brought nationalist forces to territorial power in 2014 and then in 2017: “The management of this new assembly will be that of Gilles Simeoni.”

And making the observation of a blocked situation with Paris, they even announce the continuation of the “National Liberation Struggle “ by the FLNC, a struggle marked in 2014 and 2016 by the deposition of UC weapons and the beginning of a process of demilitarization by October 22: “To the French State, we are clearly saying that if its policy of contempt continues, we will definitively resume, with probably even more determination than in the past, the paths of the fighting night that we know so well.”

This gathering took place on the night of August 31 to 1is September, when an attempted bombings targeted three bungalows near the beach of Capo di Feno, action remained without claim at this time.

Territories, first reading

The text introduced by the quotes of two ministers of the Valls and Castex governments six years apart, Marylise Lebranchu and Jacqueline Gourault, thus returns to the results of the Territorials by this observation: “Nearly 68% of the votes show that the ballot stamped ” nationalist ” no longer frightens the electorate … The record which was announced by the opposition as highly criticizable did not constitute the slightest obstacle to progress ideas born from the National Movement “.

He then takes stock of nationalist performances. “The electorate’s plebiscite for the President of the Executive”, in the first place. “His modern and ambitious vision, his recognized moral uprightness and his personal charisma make him an inescapable leader that the Right and the scoriae of the Clan could not shake”. the Cabin crew then who “faithful to its opening strategy, for its first solo participation, achieved an excellent first round”, then “faithful to its rallying philosophy, allows Corsica Libera to catch up with the second” ‘, noting in passing the political anchoring “still very strong” of the last. The judged result “remarkable” of Core in Fronte finally, which enters the Assembly by “the big door” thanks to a “unambiguous program on its independence and social convictions”.

The first reading of the ballot by the FLNC is thus clear: “The Corsicans want the nationalists in power … The independence movement represents 15% of Corsicans, the Left is atomized and the Right on the ropes”.

Its second reading, however, shows a glance “more mixed”.

Territorials, second and third readings

The two clandestine groups are indeed returning to the“hegemony chosen by Gilles Simeoni’s list” and that “suggests an undivided governance “. Regretting, moreover, the will displayed by the President of the Executive in his presentation and his thanks “to ostracize the PNC and Corsica Libera“, and the few contacts maintained with Core in Fronte since the arrival of the nationalists to power.

“To the French State, we are clearly saying that if its policy of contempt continues, we will definitively resume, with probably even more determination than in the past, the paths of the fighting night that we know so well.”

The 2017 coalition had been built to last 10 years. She did not survive a second term. And the FLNC is now worried about the deep nature of the vote in June, the membership “suddenly” to the “national cause” mayors and the electorate of municipalities hitherto held historically by “Republican or PRG clan votes”, but who nevertheless operated what he calls “180 ° turn towards ‘modern’ nationalism”.

The underground movement asks the question: “Who votes for what today in Corsica in a territorial election which is the most important marker of nationalist ideas?”. And even addresses a debate that fleetingly crossed the campaign, on the possible electoral victory of a form of “post-nationalism”: “We think for our part that we are facing the advent of a new Clan which has used all the resources of its predecessors to get elected. And he succeeded, by watering down his speech as much as possible.”

One of the signals was the expulsion of the pro-independence activists, according to the FLNC. Who continues: “We believe that the LLN’s ambitions (national liberation struggle, editor’s note) are today thrown into the oblivion of history and that they have been sacrificed on the altar of the search for an exclusive electoral victory … With the sole ambition of being the faithful reflection of this so-called new Corsica, made up of clanists in need of landmarks and new arrivals seduced by the dialectic of peace of new elected officials “.

The warning to the state

The two clandestine movements draw the conclusion that they have sacrificed enough to the truce of the armed struggle, when “The elected representatives of Corsica have gargled at having brought peace when the appeasement of recent years is exclusively due to the FLNC”, “the disappearance of the historical ambitions of the LLN accompanied by the disappearance of the Corsican people”. They note a form of democratic impasse in the relationship with Paris: “35%, then 57% then 68% will change nothing. Absolutely nothing. During the six years which have just passed, instead of taking into account the political evolution of Corsica by simply reading the electoral results, the State Frenchman displayed his blindness and his political deafness. “

The following is an explicit caveat: “Considering our discretion in the politico-military field as a sign of abandoning our values has made (the) state and the newly elected officials commit a major political error. The FLNC is not intended to abandon the struggle even then. that none of the objectives for which it was created have been achieved “. It even sounds like a call to the troops, perhaps sleepy, and provides initial responses to criticisms that may emerge. The politico-military struggle in a Europe which has largely abandoned it, would not be “never obsolete if defeat is a sign of the disappearance of a people” according to the joint statement.

The FLNC thus appeals to the “veterans of the struggle, who practice easy criticism of hiding”, to those “young and old, who use “lightly” the 4 letters of the FLNC… Their place is by our side “, to the recovery of the former militants of the struggle who became pacifists, to those finally “which will remind at leisure that we risk a return to repression with its share of misfortunes … As always for 50 years, it is we who risk prison. They can sleep peacefully”.

The struggle on Corsican land

After those addressed to the State, the warnings are ultimately insular, on even more ritualistic grounds of struggle. To the promoters, to the builders of “quick fortunes”, to housing builders for “the new Corsicans”, “we do not want their destructive rent economy and vector of settlement colonization”, thus recalls the text. On the trivialization of drug trafficking in the island, the links considered very worrying “ebetween the economic world, the political world, certain elements of the National Movement and the Corsican thug “, the message is even more pressing: “Our organizations will be lucid and vigilant about the possible abuses of this mafia system if it were to impact our militants. We would be able to react, as we have done in the past.”

Knowing what to do now, the FLNC is no more conciliatory with the policies on the island, especially with those of the territorial majority around Gilles Simeoni: “To our elected officials who think they are quietly seated in the comfort of an ‘overwhelming’ election we say that we expect from them a commitment and an attitude more in line with the sacrifices that have brought them to the place where they are”.

But, at the end of their show of force, it’s up to the new arrivals in Corsica, “yesterday, today and maybe tomorrow” that the illegals reserve the last salvo in their joint declaration: “This land is not yours. And more particularly to the French who think they are at home in Corsica. Our country is not yet yours. Your country will never be ours. A Francia Fora “.

Of the territorial ones, it is thus the appeasement of the Corsican society that comes out the most dehorned.

The use of capitals in the text is in accordance with the use made of them by the FLNC

Incarcerated since last June in connection with the disappearance of his wife Delphine, Cédric Jubillar has just suffered a new refusal from the justice system which rejected his request for release.

Cedric Jubillar stay in jail. Incarcerated since last June at the Seysses remand center for “aggravated murder”, Delphine Jubillar’s husband saw his second release request rejected Wednesday September 2 by the judge of freedoms and detention. After a first refusal last June, his lawyers made a new request on August 24, denouncing a lack of evidence and unjustified imprisonment. After this new rejection, they have already announced their intention to appeal this decision reports BFM, while Cedric Jubillar him, always claims his innocence and firmly denies having any link with the disappearance of his wife.

Placed in solitary confinement since the start of his imprisonment, Delphine Jubillar’s husband, however, multiplies the interrogations, during which he is notably forced to explain certain points of the investigation where there are still gray areas. Like this quilt that he washed in the early morning when his wife had disappeared. “He explains that the dogs may have soiled the comforter so he was washing it. At 4:50 am, that’s not necessarily the first thing you think of when your wife goes missing.“, declared the public prosecutor of Toulouse, last June 18. Asked by the investigators on the reasons why he decided to launch this famous washing machine at 4:50 am that morning, Cédric Jubillar said “that he did not know what to do while waiting for the arrival of the gendarmes.

What results of the analyzes on this famous duvet?

For her part, Maître Emmanuelle Franck, the lawyer of Cedric Jubillar, rebelled against the fact that the contents of this famous washing machine were analyzed only eight months after its seizure at the couple’s home. “It is scandalous that this was not done, especially when it comes to what is presented as a key part of the prosecution. […] Cedric was particularly devastated, annoyed, to find that this quilt had not yet been analyzed. He is quite calm about the results, he knows very well that nothing will be found on this duvet“she said.

For the first meeting of the Blues post-Euro failed, Didier Deschamps confirmed against Bosnia (1-1) that he was not going to change everything, sometimes to the point of locking himself in his whims, and especially that the boredom would always be part of the France team. Should the coach have handed over this summer? The question will eventually arise in the coming weeks in the event of new disappointing results, while the double world champion will automatically be more weakened after each French underperformance.

Do not talk to him about the Euro anymore, the traveling tournament of last summer is now in the retro of Didier Deschamps. The nightmarish evening against Switzerland dates back to just over two months, but it must already turn into a distant memory. “I had to communicate at the end of last week in relation to what had happened at the Euro by separating what happened and what awaits us, which is the most important, repeated mechanically DD in a press conference a few days after having granted a long interview to The team. This Euro is part of our history. Now the important thing is what is in front of us. ” Truly ? This Wednesday evening, the return to school for the French team, held in check by Bosnia in Strasbourg (1-1), reminded us that the big change was not for now.

Bring the doubt home

Didier Deschamps is in any case not a follower of revolutions, whether on the field or outside. The 20,000 unleashed supporters present in the spans of the Meinau had the right to a copy and paste of the Euro: the same unstoppable attacking trio (Mbappé-Benzema-Griezmann) – it was not until the last quarter of an hour to to see Martial and Coman enter, often good in selection – which makes people dream more in the gazettes than in the field; the same catastrophic performance from Koundé, definitely not made to play right side; the same annoyances; the same wobbly central hinge; the same stubbornness of Mbappé; the same purring speeches; the same dark suit of the French technician. The same story, in short. The rookies Veretout, Tchouaméni and Diaby, who had the right to a handful of seconds at the end of the meeting, did not have time to bring a real breath of fresh air to a team certainly marked by the failure of the last summer. . “There are always pages that turn, yes, unless the players turn it themselves, but it’s rare, Deschamps explained in The team in August, thus preparing the expected absence of Giroud. After the competitions, there are relays to take. ” A reflection that could have applied to the coach, as titled and important in the history of French football as he is.

Deschamps, the ordeal of discomfort

Didier Deschamps knows the ball by heart, that is not the question. When he wants, it even seems that the former captain of the Blues can be exciting when he abandons his traditional language to talk about the game. But that does not prevent him from insisting with the whims that belong to him. “When I see that it does not work, I change, I will not be stubborn” , he was sweeping last week. How then to explain the positioning of Jules Koundé against Bosnia when we remember his infernal match against Portugal in June? How to justify the automatic presence of the offensive trident, certainly attractive on paper, but which has changed almost nothing to the game issues of the Blues? Surprise: Olivier Giroud was not responsible for the French ills or the boring games offered to lovers of the Tricolores in recent years.

By virtue of clinging to a position he could have left on his own while retaining his aura, isn’t the two-time world champion at risk of losing his last defenders? In recent weeks, Deschamps has repeated that he has not lost ” his strength ” ni “His desire” . “I don’t want to continue to continue, he assured. The France team is the most beautiful thing that has happened to me professionally, and as a player, I took the initiative to draw the curtain myself. I want to continue because my desire and my determination are intact, because I know this group well and I am convinced that they can do great things. ” After almost a decade in his navy blue suit, Deschamps could have used the recent experiences of Vicente del Bosque, Joachim Löw or Fernando Santos to understand how the mission to bounce back from failure was perilous, if not impossible. The first two paid the price too late, the third is in a similar situation. Scheduled to take the job one day or another, Zinédine Zidane patiently discreetly in his corner, without any guarantee that he can transform boredom into excitement with this France team. Deschamps, he is still there, and his immunity totem may well not be enough in the coming weeks if the Blues do not revive the notion of pleasure.

Oh Mama ! ABBA is back. The Swedish pop group presented, Thursday, September 2, Voyage, his ninth album, composed entirely of original songs, the first since its four members stopped performing together almost forty years ago.

“We made a new album”, announced Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson in London. It will be released on November 5. At an internet event from Stockholm, London, Berlin and New York, the band played a song from the album, I Still Have Faith in You (“I still believe in you”).

The ballad video shows archival footage of the four members of ABBA – an acronym made up of the initials of their first names (Anni-Frid Lyngstad, 75, Agnetha Fältskog, 71, Björn Ulvaeus, 76, and Benny Andersson , 74 years old).

“We took a break in the spring of 1982 and now we have decided it is time to end it”ABBA said in a statement on Thursday. “They say it’s unwise to wait more than forty years between two albums, that’s why we recorded a sequel to The Visitors. »

Return to the studio in 2018

The group with heady hits and mythical seventies outfits will also launch a new show for the occasion, which will begin in May in a 3,000-seat theater specially designed for the occasion in east London. It will consist of 22 songs, unrolling their hits in an hour and a half, interpreted by improved holograms presenting them young.

In April 2018, the ex-group announced that they had returned to the studio for the first time in nearly four decades. Two songs were then recorded: I Still Have Faith in You and Don’t Shut Me Down (“Don’t stop me”).

“We had these two songs, it seemed light to us and we thought: why not do a few more? We did more and it was good, so we went on and recorded a full album ”Benny Anderson explained on Swedish public television SVT.

The promise to release these new titles has continued to be rejected, then the Covid-19 pandemic has come to play the spoilsport. For the Swede Carl Magnus Palm, specialist of the group, the choice to use digital avatars – using the technologies of the special effects company of George Lucas, Industrial Light & Magic – for the show postponed the comeback of the mythical pop group. “They had problems with the technology, it didn’t quite go as they had hoped. There was a delay because of that, he explained to Agence France-Presse (AFP). They were finally ready to go about a year ago, but the pandemic struck. “

Tuesday, August 24, Algeria announced, through the voice of its foreign minister, Ramtane Lamamra, that it was severing diplomatic relations with Morocco. What could be the consequences of such a decision? Is this crisis a new episode in the tumultuous history of the two neighbors or does it open a wider front of tensions?

Researcher Isabelle Werenfels, from the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) deciphers the deep motivations underlying this new outbreak of fever between enemy brothers from the Maghreb.

Several factors have been put forward to explain the diplomatic break between Algeria and Morocco. What do you think was decisive?

Isabelle Werenfels The old conflict issues are still in the background, namely the question of sovereignty over Western Sahara and the rivalry for regional leadership. Recently added was the normalization by Morocco of its relations with Israel. It was a shock for Algeria, which considers that the Israelis are now on its borders. The Pegasus affair – some 6,000 Algerian phone numbers have reportedly been spied on – has also heightened fears that this Israeli-Moroccan cooperation will take place against Algeria.

However, I think that these elements, alone, would not have caused the rupture. If we want to understand why it is intervening now, we must go beyond the bilateral relationship between Algeria and Morocco. Algiers wants to show the international community, but also its own population, that the country is back on the international scene after more than a decade of absence. This is the signal that is sent.

Does this diplomatic turn date from the coming to power of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune or is it linked to Ramtane Lamamra’s return to foreign affairs?

I think it’s strongly linked to Ramtane Lamamra: he’s an experienced diplomat who knows how to communicate with foreigners, how to send messages. So far, Morocco has been much better in terms of external communication.

There is also an internal stake for the Algerian government: foreign policy has always been a rallying factor for Algerians around their leaders. Algeria’s mediating role in Mali and Libya, as well as support for the Palestinians, are a source of great pride. Foreign policy is a lever on which to act to increase the legitimacy that elections no longer confer due to lack of participation.

This Thursday, September 2, 2021, the day of the start of the school year, in the courtyard of Jules-Ferry college in Querqueville, parents and children are gathered in the courtyard, awaiting the call of the pupils of the 6th year to join their new class.

All the staff of the college are present, including Magali Daireaux, professor librarian, who takes the floor to make a few announcements:

We have made the decision not to welcome your children. This never happened but we needed a strong action to be heard. You should know that we are not in this situation today out of gaiety of heart but to denounce the conditions under which the inspectorate asks us to welcome your children in 6th year.

A real thunderclap!

Since February, the teachers, the representatives of the parents of the pupils, the management of the establishment, the local elected officials, alert the academic inspectorate on the staff of the 6th level.

In July, we mobilized, with the parents of students and elected officials so that the official texts are respected and that we can open an additional 6th grade class.

According to the college team, the situation is even worse than in July on the 6th level:

– 3 classes only with an average number of 30 pupils whereas the threshold is at 27!

– The inclusion on 2 of these 3 classes of 6 ULIS students who will have only one AESH!

– On the 6th year class which will not include ULIS, several students will be accompanied by an AESH or are awaiting a notification, “which means that we can have in our classrooms up to 32 people seated. In some rooms, it will be necessary to install the pupils in front of the emergency exits… ”

Students sent to other establishments

Magali Daireaux then explains that in order not to have to open this famous 4th class of 6th year, the academic inspectorate assigned in July, on the eve of the school holidays, 6 students from Querqueville to Raymond Le Corre and La Bucaille colleges, while these families live 500 meters from the college.

The pupils of Querqueville have the right to be educated in their college of sector. This implies costs to the parents concerned in terms of transport and catering that would not have taken place.

At the level of the college staff, there is a lack of an English teacher, a social worker, a guidance counselor, “and to end it all, the principal assistant who was appointed to another post the day before yesterday is not available. not replaced! “

We hope that the academy inspector will finally agree to hear our demand: to open a 4th 6th class with all the necessary hours and with the students who are from Querqueville and who have been sent elsewhere!

The parents, at first stunned, not really understanding that the start of the new school year would not take place, let their scolding express themselves, like Jérémy, a parent present for his son’s entry into 6th year:

I am furious, this is unacceptable! I’m not angry with you, but for this mess and these lies that we are being served on TV.

The vast majority of parents and students did not hide their disappointment but gave their full support.

A new speech will take place this Thursday at 1:30 p.m. for the start of the year 5, 4 and 3.

Mother of Alexandre, born of her love with Albert of Monaco, Nicole Coste confides as never before in the columns of Paris Match, to restore some truths, but also, to give more place in the light to her adored son.

It is probably the most discreet child of Albert of Monaco. Before the birth of his twins Jacques and Gabriella, born from his marriage to Princess Charlene, the Monegasque sovereign was twice a father, in 1992 to a daughter, Jazmin Grace, and in 2003 from a son, Alexandre. If the two youngest are regularly exposed officially as prince’s children, the other two are less present on the princely scene, while Jazmin Grace is very active on social networks. Alexandre Coste he prefers the shade, in which he grew up, in accordance with the wishes of his two parents.

“For 18 years her father and I made sure not to officially expose her. It was a joint decision to preserve it, admits Nicole Coste in the columns of Paris Match, on newsstands Thursday, September 2, who decided to come out of the silence about his son to give some news, and also show how much it is “happy, surrounded”. The opportunity also for her to deny all the villainies said about [elle] and of restore truths to things already written. “I have been the object of indecent and barbaric methods”, affirms Nicole Coste, who remembers in particular having been “accused of having caused a scandal at the Palace, accompanied by Alexandre”. “In fact, I went there to denounce a man who had been chasing me for three days in a car and had told me that he was in the service of the prince”, she specifies.

Is Alexander really an illegitimate child?

If this story is then returned to order, the man in question having lied about his identity, Nicole Coste has also been the victim of false rumors about her, such as when she been accused of wanting to disrupt the marriage of Prince Albert and Charlene of Monaco, or even, to have wanted, during a photo shoot as part of his modeling career, to imitate Princess Grace of Monaco. “I have immense respect for her, my son’s grandmother, and the thought of comparing myself to her would never cross my mind.”, she confided. The hardest for Nicole Coste, remains above all the time when, in the foreign press, she was accused of having betrayed prince Albert, assembled from scratch by “misinterpreted words”. He did not mean that I had made him a child behind the back, but that I had betrayed his trust by revealing the existence of Alexander to the press in 2005., she specifies, restoring in passing the truth about the legitimacy of her son, she who today describes herself as “a fulfilled and fulfilled woman”.

Zapping But! Football Club OL: the complete calendar for the 2020-2021 season

After suffering the mockery on social networks in relation to his upcoming reunion with Lionel Messi, who had humiliated him in the semi-finals of the Champions League 2015, during the PSG-OL at the end of September, Jerome Boateng was entitled to heavy fire from the press in his country. Indeed, in Germany, we do not understand that the 32-year-old central defender opted for OL after the end of his contract with Bayern Munich rather than Hertha Berlin, a club from his hometown which benefits from a project. ambitious and already lodges his half-brother.

The media T-online, quoted by Foot Mercato, sums up the general thinking: “He could have led Hertha as a leader from his defense, all alongside his half-brother Kevin-Prince Boateng. He would have been a hero. for Berlin fans and his teammates would have admired him with great respect. A fairy tale of modern football would have been possible with the proper athletic performances. Instead, he now fights in Ligue 1 against Troyes, Rennes and Metz for points that nobody in his country of origin really cares. What does Boateng want to go for in France? The troop of superstars of Paris will take away the title of champion and the National Cup. this new task can hardly please him. Is it still a question of money in the end?

Germany does not understand the choice of Boateng

The German media do not understand that Jerome Boateng preferred to engage with Olympique Lyonnais rather than Hertha Berlin after the end of his contract at Bayern Munich. An enticing project awaits him in the capital of his country.
