In the "My Organisations and Online Training" section

Select the course Job Family Core Skills Core Skills (January 2020)

Once you’re in the Course you will see a menu on the left hand side

Select the area called “Core Skill: Collaboration"

Scroll down to select "The Effective Bystander: micro-course"
