Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship
This strategic course focuses on encouraging and enabling senior managers to develop and improve performance through organisational strategy.
By the end of this programme participants will be able to:
- Gain the knowledge and skills required by a senior leader
- Achieve nationally recognised qualifications.
The modules cover a range of topics, including: strategic leadership, performance management strategies, a strategic management project, implementing organisational change strategies and strategic human resource planning.
- Participants will gain a knowledge of team leader skills
- Achieve the Senior Leader Apprenticeship Standard Certificate and Level 7 Diploma Strategic Management & Leadership.
Tutor led workshops involving individual and group participation.
Who is the course suitable for?
This apprenticeship has been designed for any individual moving into a senior or strategic management role or a strategic leader with senior management responsibility, which may include responsibilities for setting strategy, direction and vision, for providing a clear sense of purpose and driving strategic intent.

The programme will commence mid-late September and it's duration is between 18 months - 2 years. You are required to achieve a minimum of 80% attendance on the programme.
