Leading hybrid teams during change

Aim of the session

To look at ways to lead people through change (and in particular the impact of the pandemic) and to deal with change from a perspective of emotional leadership rather than managing tasks.

Objectives

  • Identify the changes our teams are facing from the perspective of psychological safety
  • Create an engagement map for your team member, recognising specific areas of barriers, challenges and opportunities
  • Explore the challenges of adapting to new and unfamiliar ways of working
  • Clarify the role we play as managers and the mindset and behaviours required to be during volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous times

Approach

The external trainer, Craig Smith will deliver via Zoom and an invite will be sent out prior to the session.a workshop webinar.
