Managing IT user identities
With 17,500 students and over 3,000 staff requiring access to IT services, we’re improving the way we store and manage information about our IT users. So no matter where you are on your journey with Durham University, from applying, to studying or working with us, you’ll have one accurate IT record.
It’s the results of this project that will allow applications to reliably identify you and give you access to the information and systems you need, when you need them. And of course it makes things a whole lot more efficient behind the scenes too!
