JRF - Housing and Neighbourhoods Open Call
(20 May 2005)
The Joseph Rowntree Foundation's housing and neighbourhoods committee invites proposals for research addressing areas within the broad remit of housing and neighbourhoods that do not readily fit within the committee's existing or recent programmes of work. Current research programmes focus on transforming places, understanding housing markets and the social value of public spaces.
Under this call, researchers are encouraged to raise new ideas which link to the 'place' agenda. Current policy areas may be considered, such as the implications of the government's sustainable communities agenda for the future direction of housing and neighbourhoods. The total budget for this open call is expected to be between £200,000 and £250,000.
Deadline: 2pm, 3 June 2005
