Professor Jim Feast awarded Honorary Degree

Emeritus Professor Jim Feast FRS has been awarded an Honorary DSc degree from the University of Warwick.

Professor Feast had his honorary degree conferred by the Chancellor of Warwick University, Sir Nick Scheele, who himself is both a graduate and honorary graduate of Durham.

Professor Feast is a Polymer Chemist and was a co-founder of the Interdisciplinary Research Centre in Polymer Science, a partnership between Durham, Leeds and Bradford universities, and was its overall Director for several years. He was granted the status of a fellow of the Royal Society in 1996.
