College chef reaches final of national competition

Angela Morrow, a senior chef at Durham University's Collingwood
College has reached the finals of The University Catering Organisation (TUCO) Chefs' Challenge Competition.
Angela has chosen a theme connected with the Pacific Rim. Her main course will be a leg of lamb, slowly pot-roasted and with a coriander, garlic and ginger crust accompanied by Thai green rice and sag mung dahl.
