Super Learning Day

Youngsters from schools across Tees Valley will be taking part in a Super Learning Day at the University of Durham, Queen’s Campus, Stockton.

The Year 8 school pupils will visit Queen’s Campus on Monday 16th June, to take part in a range of activities to raise their aspiration of learning.

Workshops will include Building a Living Brain, Brain Gyms, Mind Mapping and My Amazing Memory. The day aims to boost the potential of those taking part and raise their achievements as well as proving that all young people can experience success in learning.

Thirty pupils from each local education authority; Redcar & Cleveland, Middlesbrough and Stockton will be taking part in the event.
Photo Opportunity
The Building a Living Brain work shop will provide a good photo opportunity and will run several times during the morning part of the session (10.20am-12.05pm) in D10, Ebsworth Building.
