Image Management System

The University has an extensive range of images available to use through the Image Management System (IMS). This resource was acquired to help departments, colleges, and units across the University access existing University-wide images, as well as providing them with a space to upload and store their own images, creating a central source for all University images. Uploading to the system can be done by the Marketing Team, please contact us for more information.

All members of the University have access to the Image Management System through their CIS username and password.

Our Communications Framework partners also have access to the Image Management System. Should you require permission for an external user to use the Image Bank or need any help with using the facility, please contact the Marketing Team (ex 46316).

Model Release and Agreement

Please ensure that before uploading images of students, staff, members of the public, or children, to the Image Management System that you have obtained their permission and agreement to use the imagery either verbally or written (we recommend obtaining written permission). You will be prompted to confirm whether this has been obtained at the point of upload. By confirming this you accept responsibility.
