Requesting Items from other Sites

Whether you're studying at Durham or Queen's Campus, you can request items to be delivered from one campus to the other, giving you access to our full collection. Just complete the form below.

For example, students based at Queen's Campus, Stockton can use it to request books from the Bill Bryson Library, the Leazes Road Library and the Business School Library. Durham-based students can use it to order items held at Queen's Campus Library. We do not transfer items between libraries in Durham. You can also use this service to request items from the Ushaw College Divines Library to Durham or Queen's.

To use the service, enter your details and information about the item in the form below. Alternatively, use Discover or the Library catalogue to find the item you require and scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find a link to 'Request transfer to Durham or Queen's Campus' under More information. This will direct you to the form, automatically filling in the details of the item.

There is no charge for this service and you will be notified by email when the requested item is available for you to collect from the Library. Deliveries are made regularly throughout the week between all Library locations.

You should return items to the Library from which you borrowed them.
