Law Commission reports
The Law Commission is the statutory independent body created by the Law Commissions Act 1965 to keep the law of England and Wales under review and to recommend reform where it is needed. It commissions and publishes consultations and reports that recommend changes to the law.
Reports and consultation documents are available on the Law Commission website.
Law Commission reports up to 2010 are available online in the House of Commons Parliamentary Papers collection. They can be searched for by title, or by Law Com. No., or by subject.
You can also search for Law Commission reports in the Library's Discover search engine.
