Citation Analysis support for research planning

The University has access to the two major global, multi-displinary citation databases, the Web of Science and Scopus.

In mid-2017, the University took out a subscription to the Citation Analysis service, SciVal. Alongside the Strategic Planning Office and Research & Innovation Services, we are exploring how these services can be used to support research activity across the University.

Whilst we do not have the resources to run a dedicated citation analysis service, if you would like to discuss how the University Library might be able to offer support (for example, to provide evidence of the citation impact of your research in support applications for grants), please contact James Bisset.
