Your library account information is accessed via this link log in and check your library account. You will need your Durham user ID and password.

The information you can see in your account information is detailed below;

Library charges: This is the total amount of any money you owe to the library including fines and any other charges (e.g. Document Delivery Service). When this amount is over £10 you can no longer borrow items and there is an automatic block on your account. You can pay your charges in full and in person at any library, or pay online if you owe at least £1.

Bookings: If you book a resource (e.g. a study room at one of our libraries) this will appear here

Document Delivery Service requests: Details of any request you make using our Document Delivery Service.

Current Loans: The number of items you currently have borrowed from the Library. If you click on the blue underlined text and then scroll down you will see details of each of the items you have on loan and the date they are due for return. You can renew items in this view by checking the box to the left of the item and clicking 'Renew Selected' at the top or the bottom of the list.

Reservations: The details of any items you have reserved will appear here.

Search the catalogue: A direct link to the catalogue home page.

Saved Searches: Click the button and scroll to use any searches that you have previously saved.

View borrowing history: If the borrowing history is button is not displayed, you can activate it.
