Inspire is a national programme to encourage and help libraries from all sectors to work together so they can provide better support for learners and potential learners.

Members of libraries participating in Inspire North East may visit other libraries in the scheme. Inspire North East members include public, academic, NHS and specialist libraries. Entry is with a valid Inspire Passport and by arrangement with the named contact.
