Staying in touch

The Library and your department will contact you from time to time via your Durham University email account. If you have borrowed books from the library, or have made a Document Delivery Service or Copy Service request then you should ensure that you check your email at least once a week to ensure that you can return any recalled items promptly and open electronic articles before they expire.

Forwarding emails. If you regularly use another email address you can set your Durham University email account to automatically forward emails.

Change of address. If you change your postal address you should contact Student Records with details of your new address, to ensure that any letters or books delivered to you go to the correct postal address.There are two simple ways to do this: follow the "Banner Self Service" link in DUO or email Student Records and tell them about the change.
