As a part of our phased re-opening we have launched a number of services to be run out of Bill Bryson Library to support your learning and teaching.

Virtual Enquiry Desk

Contact us through our enhanced virtual enquiry desk, Ask DULib. Search our FAQs, e-mail us, or chat with a librarian. Ask DULib is available to all students, staff and users.

Bookdrop

All students, staff and users can return books by posting them through the letterbox located to the left of the main entrance of Bill Bryson Library.

Scan and Deliver

Scan and Deliver is available to postgraduates and academic staff. Request an article or chapter to be scanned from Bill Bryson Library items that are only available in print and are currently not on loan.

Click and Collect

Click and Collect is available to postgraduates and academic staff. Use the online form to request to borrow items that are currently held in print only at Bill Bryson Library – limited to 10 live requests.

Stay and Study

Stay and Study is available to postgraduates and academic staff. Book a study space within the Bill Bryson Library – limited to 2 bookings per week.

Browse and Borrow is postgraduates and academic staff. Access the library for up to an hour to browse the shelves and check out any books you require – limited to 2 bookings per week.
