Mr Philipp Kanzow

Philipp began his PhD research at the University of Durham in October 2010. He graduated with an LLM in Law (with distinction) from the University of Durham in 2010. After studying German and European Law at the Universities of Würzburg (Germany), Leuven (Belgium) and Freiburg (Germany), Philipp graduated from the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg (First State Examination) in 2009 and obtained the additional title "Europajurist".

Current Research

With the supervision of Professor Roman Tomasic and Professor Christian Witting, Philipp's current research deals with the regulation of executive remuneration in Germany and the United Kingdom with special regard to the European Union’s influence in this field.
