Total Reward Statements (TRS) have been introduced to provide you with a better understanding of the benefits you have or may have access to as an employee of Durham University.
Your TRS provides information about the value of your reward package and includes detail about your remuneration and benefits provided by the University.
What are total reward statements?
A total reward statement details the benefits available via a person’s employment. It can be helpful to act as a reminder or prompt of the range of benefits available.
What information is included?
These statements are not individual, but relevant to the grade. Therefore, individual allowances such as shift payment will not be included, nor will allowances which are pro-rata where colleagues work reduced hours, for example. The annual leave monetary amount on each total reward statement is part of your base salary, this figure has been provided to show the value of this leave for each grade.
