Requesting Information

Durham University is committed to protecting the personal data with which it is entrusted. Before submitting an FOI or EIR request, please check whether the information you seek is already available on the University website, where a search facility is available to help you. The University regularly maintains publicly available information in its Publication Scheme.

Charges: A charge may be made for the provision of information. Further details will be provided before the request is completed.

Student Support: Please direct requests for replacement degree parchments to Student Registry (Parchments) and please direct requests for verification of attendance/qualifications to Student Registry (Verifications).
