Colleague development to help support Hybrid Working

The following development opportunities are being offered to help support colleagues adapt to Hybrid Working.

Target Audience: All staff

Outcome: To enable Colleagues to use the Colleague Conversation Compass as a framework of key conversational points, by which we can navigate through individual experiences, select the focus of interactions and enable a tailored personal approach.

Timing : 2hrs

Outcome: To support individuals in managing and accessing their own resilience skillset in response to changing working arrangements.

Timing: 3 hours

Outcome: To support individuals to manage a complex workload through the demonstration of a logical approach to organising work and highlight useful tools that can be used.

Timing: 2 hours

Outcome: To equip individuals with an understanding of stress and negative strain and how it can impact upon our wellbeing and abilities to cope. The session will provide useful information to add to a stress management toolkit and develop more positive coping strategies for dealing with negative demands.

In response to requests to re-visit some of the basics of the Microsoft 365 functionality ahead of the O365 Engagement & Enablement project closing in July, CIS are offering the following sessions and resources:

A series of live interactive webinars to showcase the most popular Microsoft 365 apps, how these work together and also group sessions for users to work with their colleagues to use the functionality specifically for their work areas.
