Hybrid working is informal, it is decided locally, it will reimagine how we work and it is built on trust.
Our University community is one where our people - their wellbeing, health and engagement - are key. Hybrid working will allow Professional Services colleagues the opportunity, where the needs of the business and their role allows, to informally agree with their managers where and when they work within our University Principles.
We'll ensure that the campus remains the hub of our vibrant University community to enliven and enrich the experience for our students, staff and visitors. Hybrid working will be piloted for the academic year 2021/22.

Below you will find links to manager and staff resources for the pilot of hybrid working. It will take until September 2021 to get our estate ready and to work through the operational practicalities of this new way of working.
Over the summer we will continue to add to these resources, particularly relating to issues such as office space and equipment and how we will review the project.
