Valuing Contribution Award

The Realising your Potential Approach Valuing Contribution Award 2017 has been awarded to June Hedley, Faculty Administrative Officer from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities as an acknowledgement of how she has used the Realising Your Potential Approach for her own personal development and enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of her own team by encouraging others to improve processes and their own performance. June has also implemented faculty-wide development opportunities which have in turn resulted in financial savings and greater engagement from across the Faculty. She has also contributed to University-wide development interventions such as the coaching and mentoring network and induction working group. June also developed a comprehensive Arts and Humanities Faculty administration team away day for 65 colleagues from 12 departments enabling colleagues to engage with the University strategy, Durham DOES and the practical application of the Realising Your Potential Approach.
