Annual Development Review (ADR)

Pilot Annual Performance Development Review (APDR) Process

An amended approach to the current ADR process is being piloted for Professional Services (PS) senior leadership staff (UEC, Grade 9 and Grade 10 PS roles) from September 2019 - May 2020.

This incorporates;

  • End of year review of performance
  • Leadership behaviours review
  • Objectives
  • Personal Development Plan
  • Recommended Performance Rating.

This is referred to as the Annual Performance and Development Review (APDR). Briefing sessions on the APDR have been delivered, the slides used in the briefing session can be found here.
