Documents of Record - Employee

HR are responsible for issuing all contract change letters for existing employees following the relevant discussions and approvals from/with department managers and employees. The Human Resources website provides information and guidance on all aspects of employment. However, if you are not able to find the information you require or would like further clarification on any HR policies and procedures, please contact your HR Representative

Please note that payroll deadline is currently the 10th of each month.

Completed Documents of Record should be uploaded to the Oracle system, please see guidance here.

Individuals who hold multiple assignments should contact their HR Business Support contact in the first instance.
