Fairtrade Fortnight 2018
This year's Fairtrade Fortnight takes place from 26th February to 11th March and provides the opportunity for all University staff and students to find out more about Fairtrade and how they can support it. The University has been accredited by the Fairtrade Foundation since 2007.
The key event of Durham University's Fairtrade Fortnight is our University-wide Big Fairtrade Bake. Staff and students were able to sign up to receive Fairtrade sugar and flour, kindly donated by Bidfoods, for the Big Fairtrade Bake competition. Results will be announced at the end of Fairtrade Fortnight.
Win Fairtrade Goodies
Staff and students who signed up to the Big Bake are asked to submit a photo of their Fairtrade Bake during the Fortnight (27th February to 11th March 2018) to be entered into a prize draw for a selection of Fairtrade goodies. Simply email photographs to email@example.com or upload to the Greenspace Facebook Page. Please note the competition will close on Monday 12th March 2018.
