Department Success as Part of AHRC and NERC Doctoral Training Partnerships

We are part of the Arts and Humanities Research Council Northern Bridge Doctoral Training Partnership (together with Newcastle and Queen’s Belfast), that will provide up to £11.2M for PhD training over the next five years. The Natural Environment Research Council has also announced the success of our IAPETUS Doctoral Training Partnership, together with Newcastle, Glasgow, St Andrews, Stirling, BGS and CEH. IAPETUS will provide £5M to support joint PhD projects between these institutions.
