There are a number of different routes to book meeting rooms within the University. Please follow the below advice depending on the time and location of the room you wish to book:
Any room requests for teaching activities linked to a module should be directed to Timetabling through your departmental Timetable Coordinator in the first instance. The name of your Timetable Coordinator can be viewed using this link: Timetable Coordinators by Department.
College or Business School Rooms
To book a room in a College or the Business School in term time or vacation please complete the Event Durham Enquiry form for staff.
Palatine Centre Meeting Rooms
To book Palatine Meeting rooms, please call Palatine Reception (46111).
Mountjoy Centre Meeting Rooms
To book rooms in Mountjoy please email; email@example.com
Centrally Bookable Teaching Rooms (Term Time)
To make a one-off booking of a centrally bookable classroom during term time for non-teaching activities at Durham, please complete the form at /student.registry/staffroombooking/.
To book a computer classsrooms please book via the CIS room booking system.

To book a full catered event, or one in need of special requirements, during term time, please complete the Event Durham Enquiry form for staff.
