Event Durham offers a complete conference and Event Management service which provides you with the essential support for all of your conference arrangements. With over 50 years of combined experience the Event Management Team will work with you to plan, organise and oversee your event. Be it a day conference for 50 delegates or a residential event for 500 delegates; be assured the team will offer the guidance and administration support you need.

You provide the conference content and the Event Management Team will provide the extensive knowledge of the facilities and accommodation. The team will ensure that all of the necessary features of your event have been arranged to your exact requirements.

Success without stress - If you have the task of planning a successful conference you can choose to work with the Event Management team for selected aspects of the event, or we can manage on the whole administrative project on your behalf.

• Venue sourcing and liaison. The Event Durham team are based at Durham University and have an excellent knowledge of the facilities available. We can source the venue and arrange and accompany you on site visits highlighting areas that will benefit your event.
• Social and Partner Programmes. With knowledge of the local and surrounding area the team will offer recommendations to ensure your delegates experience Durham at its finest. We will also provide maps of the City to ensure they are aware of places to visit.
• Event Management - Meet the team. Want to meet us? Throughout the year we hold Events to give you the opportunity to meet with not only us but some of our past and present clients.
