Staff and Student Car Parking Application Forms
The Business Support Team within the Estates and Buildings Department have responsibility for both staff or student permits. If you have any queries regarding permits you can contact us on email@example.com.
Parking is enforced by Security. Parking across the university is limited and permit holders cannot be guaranteed a parking space.
Staff are asked to complete the relevant application form (see link below) and should either email or send to their Department/College Signatory for verification. They will then need to forward the application form to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Change of Vehicle
Any change of vehicle requires the issue of a new parking permit. Please follow the link below to complete the change of vehicle form to request a new permit.
Students who wish to apply for a parking permit are advised to refer to the Frequently Asked Questions and the University's Parking Policy before applying. Students will only be able to apply for a car parking permit to park on University premises if they fall in to one of the categories set out in Section B of the University Parking Policy. Any student who feels they meet the criteria is required to complete an application form. Details on how to do this are set out below.
If you find you are not eligible for a permit, you may wish to consider the alternative travel options.
You may also wish to consider using Co-wheels Car Club, a not-for-profit organisation that allows you to book cars in advance for personal use.
