Diversity and Equality

Monitoring

We aim to assess the impact of our Diversity and Equality Policy by monitoring as follows:

  • The Human Resources Department will collect and analyse monitoring data on staff with regard to recruitment, training, promotion and re-grading, complaints etc. and report this information annually to the Diversity and Equality Advisory Group
  • The Academic Office will collect and analyse monitoring data with regard to recruitment and completion and report this information annually to the Diversity and Equality Advisory Group.

The results of monitoring activity will be published annually, in line with the national Higher Education Institution reporting requirements.
