Senior Creative Facilitator in the Institute for Medical Humanities |
Biography
I am a facilitator with extensive experience in creative practice, from theatre design to community-based arts in health and education. My current role is a pioneering one: I bring creative practice into the academy as a facilitator for interdisciplinary research projects.
As facilitator for two such projects at Durham University (Hearing the Voice and Life of Breath) and for the Institute for Medical Humanities, my work includes convening and running research groups and events and working with researchers and research participants to make creative outputs: as producer/director of short films, participatory theatre pieces, audio pieces and workshops.
