Do you ever wonder why you feel so sore after exercise? Are you interested to know how much muscle mass you have? Or how strong you really are?
We are inviting males and females aged 18-35 to participate in our new study investigating 'Sex Differences in Muscle Damage Following High vs Low Intensity Resistance Exercise'.
You may be eligible to get involved if you are healthy, able to perform resistance exercise, and are not currently engaging in resistance training.
