Be a writer for the Economics Society Journal

(20 November 2020)

Our team of writers is making great progress with our journal. If you want to contribute an article, but don't fancy the commitment of being on a team, you can now submit a one-off piece. Submit your work here for a chance for it to be featured in our issue. If you want to regularly contribute articles, join a writing team using this link.

As a writer, you will be expected to:

- identify a topic of interest (the Editor and/or Chief Editors will guide you on this)

- write articles regularly (you are required to write at least 2 articles over the year)

- send articles to your assigned Editor in advance of deadline

- consult feedback and make necessary changes before submitting to the Chief Editors

We will reach out to you when you have submitted a response.

Essays of satisfactory quality will be posted in the online journal: https://www.dues.org.uk/journal

As per our tradition, the best articles will be printed and published in the Ceteris Paribus issue. Check out the 2019-20 issue here: https://www.dues.org.uk/annual-issue-2019-20

We are now also accepting one-off submissions over the year! We celebrate diversity of thought and interdisciplinary thinking and so we encourage anyone, regardless of degree or year, to write for the Journal.

Please see the submission guidelines here: https://www.dues.org.uk/submission-guidelines

Please contact the Chief Editors (Charlie Fraser and Tatyana Wu), who are happy to answer your questions and/or provide more guidance, via emailing dueconomicsjournal@gmail.com
