Counselling Service

(27 April 2018)

Many students experience some anxiety or stress prior to and during exam and assessment periods. Durham University’s Counselling Service is offering drop-in sessions in the weeks leading up to exams. The sessions have been planned to give students the tools they need to manage stress and use it as a motivator for achieving their best results whilst at University. The sessions will equip you with tools that enable you to plan your work, consider methods of stress relief, looking after yourself during exams and celebrating your achievements. No appointment required; you can drop into the Student Support Hub Room (PC063) located in the Ground Floor in the Palatine.

The Centre is open at the following times:

  • Friday 27 April, 3.15pm – 4.15pm
