About to graduate or leave the University? Things you must do

If you're about to finish your course there are a few things you must do. Make sure any files, documents or emails that you need from your University provided email or storage (including your OneDrive) are saved somewhere safe. Your University account will close once you graduate and you will lose access to these services.

Autistic adults needed for study on diverse intelligence

IMEMS Durham Early Modern Studies Conference 2019

Registration Closing soon: 

An interdisciplinary conference on the early modern period is well established at Durham, first as a biennial conference on The Seventeenth-Century, and more recently as a broader Early Modern event.

The 2019 Durham Early Modern Studies Conference aims to build on this tradition, establishing an annual conference which will offer a broad and inclusive interdisciplinary forum for the discussion of the period c.1450 to c.1800.

Meeting of University Council

University Council met on Tuesday 21 May 2019. Key business included; discussion of initiatives to inform the University’s Access and Participation Plan required by the Office for Students; a proposal for a Durham Maths School; an update on the People Strategy; and the University’s performance in the Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey.

Residential Research Library Inaugural Conference: Libraries, Learning and Religious Identities

Early booking discounts are available until Monday 3 June 2019.
From 1pm on 10 September 2019 to 2pm on 13 September 2019 at St Chad's College.
Organised by Durham University’s Institute of Medieval and Early Modern Studies, in collaboration with The Centre for Catholic Studies.

The formal launch of the RRL will take place in the autumn of 2019. To celebrate the event, Durham University and Ushaw are hosting a conference on the theme of Libraries, Learning and Religious Identities.
