Madan Sara film screening

This film screening of Madan Sara, a Haitian documentary by director Etant Dupain who will also join us for a Q&A session will take place on Thursday 29 April from 5pm. You can register for the event here. After registering you will be sent a link to the event on the day.

Haiti’s economy is largely supported by a vast network of women, known as Madan Sara. Their story is one of tireless work, love and hardship; their’s is a story that needs to be told. Join us for a film screening of ‘Madan Sara’ followed by a Q&A session with the film’s director, Etant Dupain. This is a film about the accomplishment of Haitian women. It’s a film about resilience, it’s a film about how, despite all the odds, these women are still fighting.
