The impact of Covid-19 on mothers working in UK Higher Education Institutions

(19 March 2021)

The Durham University Mothers-and-Mothers-to-be Support Network (MAMS) are launching a UK-wide research project into the impact of Covid-19 on mothers working in any job role in Higher Education. The network is delighted to announce that as part of this research, our survey for mothers is now live.

Please participate if this survey if you are a mother who has had kids under the age of 18 living at home since the start of the pandemic. ALL mums employed by DU can participate - this extends to PhD students employed on an hourly basis.

Help get the message out to other mothers here at Durham University! You can also forward the survey link to networks or friends at other Higher Education institutions. This is an opportunity to do something that could impact on the lives of mothers working in HE across the UK and we greatly appreciate your support!

The survey can be found here
