Improvements to Oracle Payslips

HR People & Pay Services have been working with our external support partners to improve the current payslip to enable us to provide more detail for employees with multiple assignments and remove the Annual Leave reduction to Annual Salary.
From February 2021 you will be able to see a detailed breakdown of payments received per assignment. If you work for a number of departments this will help you to identify payments received and to focus queries at departmental level in the first instance.
A further improvement is the removal of the holiday entitlement deduction from the Annual Salary Element of Pay which will mean that although your holiday entitlement balance will still show on your payslip, there will be no adjustment to your Annual salary. This has caused problems when providing payslips to third parties, as evidence of your Annual Salary. It is expected that there will be some residual issues associated with this fix, but only where holidays have been booked before the February changes were applied.
