UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI) Training
(29 January 2021)
The training session on Tuesday 9 February at 11am will provide an overview of the University’s obligation to ensure UKVI compliance and will outline the responsibilities for Colleges and Departments in relation to monitoring and record keeping for visa holding staff members.
The training will also cover:
- Skilled Worker Visa Route – An overview of the new Immigration Points Based System and the key considerations when recruiting staff
- Right to Work checks – a refresh on the current process and the requirements from 1st July 2021. (including casuals, students, examiners)
